30-Day Return Window
You may return items purchased from amberlollipop.com within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit. Please note that all returns must be approved by our team before sending any items back.

Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including any complimentary gifts received.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For all countries, customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide a valid tracking number as proof of return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds will reflect any promotional discounts applied to the original order and may take 2–7 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges
We offer store credit for exchanges. Once your return is approved and processed, we will issue you a personalized credit code. Please note that all exchanges are final.

Promotion Terms & Conditions
Any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase will be reflected in your refund or store credit amount.


Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at service@amberlollipop.net with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange

  • If exchanging a gift, please provide as much of the following as possible: gift sender’s name, email, order number, shipping address, or phone number

If you’re reaching out due to a quality issue or damage, please mention this in your email so we can resolve it accordingly.

Cancel your order: You may cancel your order anytime before shipment by notifying us via email: service@amberlollipop.net.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
