You may return items purchased from amberlollipop.com within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit. Please note that all returns must be approved by our team before sending any items back.
Condition of Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including any complimentary gifts received.
Return & Exchanges Shipping Costs

For customers in the United States and United Kingdom, Amber Lollipop will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other countries, customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide a valid tracking number as proof of return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds will reflect any promotional discounts applied to the original order and may take 2–7 business days to appear in your account.
